Customer feedback is of upmost importance to us as a company, so the objective of this survey was to ask our customers who had purchased smartDOT to share their experience.

Phase 1 of our survey concluded on the 10.02.21, with 267 responses.

Below we will outline how the survey was conducted, the results and the survey questions.

The survey was sent to smartDOT customers who have purchased the product since the 1st April 2020. We asked customers to take part in the survey by e-mail and if happy to take part they completed the online survey.

Overall 60% responded that they had Headaches Less Often since using smartDOTs (161 out of 267)
