I haven’t had to take benadryl to sleep since I put this dot on my headboard. I do still wakeup at 2-3 am sometimes, but my ability to fall back asleep is much improved!

It increases the peacefulness of the sleeping area, definitely for me for sure. I feel relieved that I’m not marinating in EMFs.

Would definitely recommend this product as I definitely noticed the better quality of sleep after a few days. It's an absolute no brainer with the huge increase of EMF around us!

Sleep has been elusive for me for awhile now. Even when I did get some sleep, I was waking up tired. I think the sleepDOT has improved the number of deep sleep hours and my overall sleep quality. I actually have some energy and feel more restored. To be able to sleep without OTC or prescribed meds is a huge improvement for me (they didn't work anyway). Thank you for your ingenuity in making this dot as it is adding quality to my life!

I got this for my family now I don’t struggle trying to sleep. My daughter has sleep apnea this helps her.

Was sceptical and had a mild headache for two days which may or may not be connected. Then day 3 felt much livelier and a calmness in the room when I woke. Seem to be sleeping better and the constant buzzing/tinitus has eased.

I am menopausal so sleep very badly, awake for hours each night and struggle to get to sleep but the first 2 nights i put these by my bed i slept brilliantly, i definitely get off to sleep quicker but i still wake up in the middle of the night. Not really sure how much the sleep dots help
