bioDOT + smartDOT User Survey

The following Survey Questions were sent to all customers who had purchased a combination of both bioDOT and smartDOT and had been using the product for at least 1 month. The results for each question are listed below along with some additional comments made by participants.

Phase 1 of our survey concluded on the 24.03.21, with 156 responses.

Below we will outline how the survey was conducted, the results and the survey questions.

The survey was sent to customers who have purchased a combination of bioDOT and smartDOT products since the 1st November 2020. We asked customers to take part in the survey by e-mail and if happy to take part they completed the online survey.

Overall 58% responded that their Energy Levels had improved since using energyDOTs (91 out of 156)

11% Found Energy Levels Much Improved (17 out of 156)

47% Found Energy Levels Improved (74 out of 156)

1% Found they had Less Energy (1 out of 156)
